Brand: On My Own Terms Podcast

I work with John Lim, host of On My Own Terms, a podcast that dives into honest, thought-provoking conversations about career transitions, personal growth, and redefining success. My role includes editing full podcast episodes, creating short-form video content for social media, and managing the podcast’s digital presence across platforms. From designing visuals and writing captions to strategizing post formats, I ensure that every piece reflects the show’s authentic, reflective tone while building meaningful engagement and brand consistency across channels.

"I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sheetal for a couple of episodes now, and I can confidently recommend her. She's been a joy to work with - always patient, punctual, flexible, responsive and very open to learning and feedback. She provides great advice - and I'm learning from her too. She's always looking for ways to elevate the final product and open to experimenting styles with me - something I really appreciate. Sheetal has been a great partner in this journey with me. Thank you!"

Brand: Once Upon A Time

For Once Upon a Time, I worked on creating two key video assets that supported both brand storytelling and user onboarding.
The first was an explainer video, designed to give viewers a clear overview of how the brand works — from capturing personal memories through guided prompts to transforming them into beautifully crafted, customized legacy storybooks. The focus was on communicating the emotional value of the product while keeping the process simple and easy to understand for first-time visitors.
The second was an onboarding video, where I broke down the entire ordering journey step by step. This video was created to guide users through the process of placing a customized book order, helping to reduce confusion and ensure a smooth, user-friendly experience.
Together, these videos aimed to build trust, improve clarity, and help potential customers understand both the why and the how behind the Once Upon a Time experience.

"The client appreciated the clarity and emotional tone of both the explainer and onboarding videos, and shared that the final outputs clearly communicated the brand’s process while maintaining a warm, storytelling-driven approach."
Brand: iAM Health

I collaborated with iAM Health, a Singapore-based probiotic brand, to create a series of three commercial videos promoting their five key products. Each video was delivered in three formats: no subtitles, English subtitles, and Chinese subtitles, tailored for a diverse audience reach. The project focused on clean visuals, product clarity, and brand consistency across all versions.

“Thanks for being so efficient and easy to work with Sheetal. Certainly open to reaching out to you in the future.”

This ongoing collaboration allows me to shape a consistent, meaningful digital presence for the brand across all channels.

"Sheetal has been a phenomenal intern for Make It Work. She is a fast learner, hardworking, a self-starter, and best of all, she does it with a smile.

She’s been an amazing person to work with and really tries to go above and beyond her tasks. She has a high level of professionalism but also willing to experiment with new approaches. I love working with her and know that she will be a great asset to anyone else who has the opportunity to work with her!"

Brand: UNDEIVIDED Podcast

I collaborated with a Singapore-based client, Danya Atkinson, on UNDEIVIDED, a podcast focused on personal growth, mindset, and meaningful conversations. For their social media presence, I created a series of portrait-style video edits optimized for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
The goal was to deliver clean, engaging, and scroll-stopping visuals that reflect the podcast’s tone—thoughtful, bold, and human. Each video was crafted to highlight key soundbites, emotion, and authenticity in a fast-paced format tailored to short-form content.

"Really liked the videos. This is what I was envisioning."
